Description

Working hours: 5 days a week, 9 am - 5 pm, Fri & Sat we might ask for afternoon working hours 12-8 pm. You have 1 hr break Days off: Thursday and Sunday (may vary if there is more than 1 intern or if we have some special event coming up)

Tasks:

updating our social medias - Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Google +, YouTube, increasing number of followers, page likes, post engagements, post reach
updating websites, write content with keywords, Google Adwords or RankingCoach by WIX
marketing activities, creating leaflets, posters, updating menus, shooting short videos, etc.
organizing events - eg. themed evenings, kids events
PR
HR - job adverts on Indeed, FB, Jobs Today etc.
updating our booking system
interacting with customers
updating our databases

Learning objectives (knowledge, skills, competencies): Microsoft Office, product presentation, social medias, WIX website provider, strategic thinking, planning of events, design of leaflets, posters etc., using new type of fonts, HR, PR

Profil recherché

Marketing student - creative, can put together representative posts, attract potential customers, with good eye on aesthetics when taking photos, making short videos, creating menu, posters, etc. Health and safety student - be able to do internal audits, updates our books, training of staff in English
