Job Description
Tasks to be undertaken:
– Interviewing Students and assessing profiles
– Welcoming Students at the airport
– Organising departures
– Introducing Students in host companies
– Carrying out assessments with companies at the end of mobility
– Assisting Students and offering them support
– Dealing with emergency phone
– Intervening in case of emergencies (ex: doctor, hospital)
– Taking Students to doctor/hospital when necessary
– Checking Students’ accommodation on a regular basis
– Organising meeting/activities with Students
– Dealing with paperwork and administrative tasks
– Reporting daily tasks to Managers
– Marketing (promoting business on social media)
Tasks may vary, according to the business’s needs

We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our team in March 2025.We provide our French Clients with work and host family placements in Malta and seek anintern who can participate in all the various stages of our activity. This intern should beprepared to work in a fast-paced environment and will finish the internship having gainedvaluable experience in customer service.Training and mentoring will be provided during the whole duration of the internship.
