Media Agency Workflow
Note: This role involves 90% implementation of processes and 10% strategy design directly with the CEO.
Take an active role in the business development of the production company.
Identify potential new business opportunities and clients.
Implement existing marketing and communication strategies, while assisting in the design of new ones.
Participate in the pre-production, production, and post-production phases of photography and video projects (photo shoots, ad campaigns for social media, photo & video editing).
SEO tasks: on-page and off-page SEO (landing pages).
Update the website on WordPress to provide value to readers and potential clients, and improve SEO (creating project pages, blogs).
Inbound marketing: Creating blogs that drive traffic to the website through valuable information.
Manage social media accounts: Community manager for Instagram and LinkedIn.
This role also offers the opportunity to participate in promoting art photography work.
Art Photography Workflow
Social Media tasks: Designing and implementing strategies for Instagram and Facebook.
Assisting on photo shoots (Lighting Assistant).
Some coordination of scrapping tasks.
Some automation work (AI).
Presenting photos to contests.
Updating WordPress website.
Market research and other tasks not explicitly listed, but required.
