Job Description
CRM and Database management:
– Data Management: audit of data, data cleaning, duplicate management, missing data management,
– Improvement of CRM Database with updates and setting up new features:
– update current template emails, current forms,
– setup new template emails and forms,
– setup and configure specific work flow process for managing the prospective actions
to acquire new clients,
– set up new reporting,
– Work on QlikView (reporting tools) and interface with the CRM database => update reporting for Year 2025,
Data Entry & Data verification:
– Enriching the current database:
– by qualifying the contacts/clients and candidates with right tags, the right fields fulfilled,
– by collecting market information through internet search and via LinkedIn Recruiter,
– Building database of candidates (data input) using:
• paper directories for the French market (“Grandes Ecoles d’Ingenieur”, “Grandes Ecoles de Commerce”), paper directories of IA-France, French actuarial professional training centres and university directories (CEA, ISUP, CNAM, ISFA)
• candidate search via LinkedIn Recruiter,
– Building database of prospects/clients (data input) using:
• online directory of l’Argus (“Annuaire des Organismes d’Assurance – 2024”),
• Search via LinkedIn and internet,
Build up specific mailing campaign using the solution Campaign Monitor:
– Mailing for getting the updated CVs of candidates already approached,
– Mailing for interacting with specific targeted candidates to set up call meeting for researcher,
Support to Researcher teams:
– General internet search and search via LinkedIn Recruiter and RocketReach (for finding email addresses) to develop the candidate database,
– Assisting the main Consultant in some specific search projects.
The intern will receive the following training:
– Basic training on using the CRM database – software Influence => given by the local British supplier and complete by the company director,
– Advanced training on the CRM software to be able to change any configuration => given by the local British supplier,
– Training on the French insurance market in order to be able to understand all the data and perform specific data analysis => by the company director,
– Basic training for using the software Campaign Monitor => by the company director,
– Basic training on the job of researcher: searching, approaching candidates, collecting information, => by the company director,
