Your main responsibilities:
The internship will evolve through 3 steps and consists as follows:
Learning of operation processes, company values and logistics and discovering the operating field.
Business development on site: market analysis;contact with agencies, investment funds and building owners;prospecting, visiting, negotiating and pricing of apartments followed by the proposal of an offer.
Implementation and management: management of the developed real estate portfolio, setting up of properties (furniture, decoration, photo shooting, electricity and insurance contracts, etc.), communication with the marketing team, recruitment of a new team, implementation of best practices and new processes.
