Our intern will assist in the operation of our administration department ensuring the efficient running of our Berlin office.
Tasks include:
General support in the operation of the Berlin office
Bookkeeping and invoicing
Correspondence and phone calls
Assistance with inventories and databases
Elements of import and export and preparation of orders from clients, Communications with our logistic companies
Setting up sales and marketing opportunities in Berlin
Attending our Berlin gourmet events
Assisting in setting up tastings and events on the French Riviera
