Analysis: Sell-out and sell-in analysis about Chanel's performances on skincare market with weekly and monthly reports; carry out post-launch reports and ad-hoc business analysis with recommendations; in charge of competitive review on skincare with a weekly follow-up on launches and innovations. Campaign development and strategy : Coordinate with the Marketing Manager, N°1 de Chanel launching; carry out 360° marketing plan to present new campaigns; elaboration of tools for sales force; reflection on B to C and B to B experiences; in charge of allocating samples, gifts and merchandising elements to sales force and follow-up of its implementation; presentation of new campaigns during seminars with sales team and retailers. CRM : Development of emailing, mailing and clienteling strategy for Chanel and for beauty retailers (targeting, brief, drive-to-store mechanic, presentation to the team); validation of e-commerce campaigns.
Analysis: Brand's performances and competitive environment analysis (consumer and retailer panels) with weekly and monthly reports; participation in strategic marketing plans. Innovation : In charge of coordinating limited editions launching; elaboration of sales pitch. Digital : Carry out digital campaigns (Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube); development of assets with agencies; participation in online activations with e-commerce retailers. Merchandising : Development of promotion pack and POS renovations.
Product development: Competitive mapping; price positioning study; reflection on designs and packaging; coordinate prototypes development; elaboration of sales pitch. Marketing Strategy : Elaboration of 360° marketing plan for the launching of the brand in Germany; development of communication tools; implement partnerships with brands, media, influencers and retailers. Analysis : Brand's marketing performances and competitive environment analysis with weekly and monthly reports. Digital : Run and analyse digital ads campaigns (Google, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube).
