Travail et expérience
During my second year of college, I got the opportunity to become the vice-president of the dance company/association LUNEL in France. Throughout the season, I got the chance to realize various tasks in order to manage and lead the team alongside the President. During this experience, I learned to manage a team of 15 dancers, recruited new members during auditions, negotiated with different associations and companies, did individual interviews, and finally, I got to work on solving internal conflicts and cohesion. Moreover, I also had to organize different events within our school and outside of our school such as shows and collaborations with brands in France (Redbull, Ligne). I also had the opportunity to train the next vice-president. Throughout the season, I worked alongside the leadership team in order to develop and expand the association. I also got the chance to receive coaching sessions in order to learn how to manage an association. At the end of our season, we won an award for being one of the best "Pro-Act" (project/association) from our school. Although we had to work during the pandemic, we managed to reach each of our goals and allowed the association to become more well-known in Bordeaux.
During my first year of college, I got the opportunity to become a community manager (Communication director) for a dance company/association I was a part of (LUNEL). Throughout the season, I managed and developed the company's social media pages (Instagram and Facebook). Moreover, I used various software and apps in order to create content. Finally, I developed my communication and editing skills, as well as my creativity. At the end of the season, my role as a community manager allowed the company's social media pages to gain visibility and notoriety.
