Travail et expérience
With American students, we did an entrepreneurship project: business plan, marketing and financial plan, market analysis, etc. The American students came for a week in Belgium and we came in the USA for a week also. I learned a lot from this experience: - Carried out a business plan - Worked in an international team - Managed cultural differences - Marketing plan and Market Analysis
First experience in a Multinational company. I had too understand and classify international contracts. I was pretty independent and I could worked from home and at the office. I learned: - Managed myself (discipline) - Achieving goals - Understood international organizations - Attention to detail
My main learnings are: - Met deadlines - Managed stress and pressure during peak hours - Customer contact - Adapted and reacted quickly to special situations - Worked in a team - Worked hard
