Travail et expérience
- Realization of advertising / marketing to promote the reopening of the hotel and the restaurant as well as the renewal of its 2 star classification. -Management of restaurant and hotel inventory with the various suppliers. -Hospitality Manager: preparation of breakfasts for customers, receipts, invoices and preparation of rooms. -Kitchen clerk during the lunch service to help the chef in the culinary preparation. -Qualities required: rigor, motivation, observation, speed.
Problem: Education of African students focused on the granting of scholarships. - Quantitative study with the creation of a questionnaire on the Sphinx Campus software. -Operation of telephone prospecting with 1000 companies. -Analysis of the quantitative survey, proposal of areas for improvement
